Recruitment Consultant – Essex

Massenhove Recruitment are a small but ambitious Recruitment Agency, currently employing 5 staff, based in Burnham on Crouch, Essex. As a business our specialism is within the Insurance market, however we also operate a desk supporting other Financial Services as well as several Charities / Not for Profit organisations.

Due to the growth of our business, we are looking to recruit either an experienced Recruitment Consultant or somebody with Account Management, Client/Customer Service or Sales background looking to embark on a new career, to help service an existing book of business.

Full training will be given, after which, you will be expected to support the Directors in the resourcing for a number of City based Insurers and Syndicates, as well as take full account management and resource of several nationwide insurers and brokers, as well as several other industry clients.

Applicants obviously need to possess confidence, an outgoing personality and have the hunger to succeed, and as a small business, be prepared to work as a team. Both Permanent and Part Time hours to suit would be considered.
