Branch Manager

Salary: £30,000 per year

We are very excited to be supporting a leading Estate Agent based in Leeds, West Yorkshire who are recruiting a Branch Manager.

This is a superb opportunity for an experienced professional, who is driven by being part of their team’s success, to join a dynamic business built on proven systems and models in a key role supporting a large team of independent estate agents.

About you….

will be a superb operator, a real can-do, get it done type of person, a solution-based rather than a problem-based individual, supremely efficient and organised and able to help agents be the same – you would be the centre of the office and the backbone of the operation, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

You will also have a basic knowledge of business accountancy and bookkeeping and be confident around numbers. In addition you will be IT literate and be able to explain system to others.

You are a hands-on, can-do kind of person with a positive attitude to work and life.

Benefits:

Salary will be around the £30,000+ for the right individual. In addition there would be the ability to earn bonuses based on the performance of the branch.
