Salary: £44,400 – £48,000 per year

We are looking for exceptional talent to join our Branch Network. We are currently looking for an experienced Branch Manager that we can put through our Management Training Programme.

We are looking for an individual that shows exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record which we can train with regard to our products, services, and company philosophy.

The Role

You will efficiently manage resources in the Branch to provide optimum productivity, profitability, and growth, with personal development for all employees. To achieve the Business Plan, i.e., sales, profit, delinquency, and expense control whilst ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Company, the FCA, and other regulatory organisations.

Role Responsibilities:

– Achievement of the Branch Managers’ Business Plan.

– To understand, commit and participate fully in the activities of all quality improvement processes.

– To understand, commit and participate fully in managing service beyond customers’ expectations and to company standards.

– To support and adhere to the Core Values of Everyday Loans including Outstanding Customer Service and Treating Customers Fairly Policy and to execute these behaviours to their full extent and intent.

– Responsible for the development, quality and maintenance of all loan, sales contracts, insurance, and ancillary programs where applicable.

– Responsible for all manner of collections and personally handles difficult assignments such as bankruptcies, litigation, foreclosures, etc.

– Responsible for the hiring, training, development, salaries, and advancement of employees.

– Responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of all record-keeping functions and reports.

– Responsible for the physical appearance of the office, the appearance and conduct of employees, and the image of the company in the community.

– To effectively and efficiently complete all duties and responsibilities as assigned, to company standards.
