Technical / Software Support Engineer required by a successful software company located in Southampton. The successful candidate will work in a technical support capacity dealing with issues and queries from customers located in France and potentially other French speaking countries.

Customer queries are predominantly raised via email, but occasionally telephone. The successful Technical / Software Support Engineer will therefore need to be fluent in French and English.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience / knowledge of software programming or a background in software engineering / software development, however applications will be considered from those with French language skills who have worked in a customer facing technical support role previously.

*Fluent French and English language skills are essential for this role*

The successful candidate will be tasked with;
– Technical / Software Support (largely email, but occasionally telephone based)
– Creation of software documentation within the business
– Translations for technical / software presentations
