Salary: £48,000 – £55,200 per year

Cyber Security Business Analyst – Manchester or Farnborough 

Would you like to work in a key role which supports the successful delivery and benefits realisation for IT and Business Transformation projects within Shared Services Enterprise IT. We are currently seeking a business analyst with experience in security projects or risk projects to support delivery on work vital to the organisation’s security goals.

As a Cyber Security Business Analyst, you will be carrying out requirements management, process development and business change, across several concurrent projects within the Enterprise IT Security Portfolio of projects.

This role will provide you with the opportunity to provide early stage and full lifecycle consultancy to senior business and project stakeholders in order to help shape projects, establish feasibility and see them through to delivery. This includes identification of project stakeholders, supporting definition of project scope and objectives and assessing business needs to embed and ensure success.

Essential:

• Have strong experience of eliciting and documenting requirements for technical projects, including leading workshops for requirements and business process capture.
• Have demonstrable experience of working within a structured and well governed IT Project environment.
• Have demonstrable evidence of analysing and documenting complex business processes
• Have proven experience interacting directly with end users and technical project stakeholders as well as senior stakeholders.
• Have proven understanding of Risk Management, preferable in the area of Cyber Security
• SC Clearance; either current or the ability to be successfully security cleared, due to the nature of the projects.

Desirable

• Recognised Business Analysis and Business Change qualifications such as BCS BA Diploma, IIBA, AgileBA, APM Change Management.
• Cyber security accreditation (e.g. CISM, CRISC, CCSP, CISSP)
• Have demonstrable evidence of driving & delivering business change.
• Have experience of delivering work streams across multiple simultaneous projects.

Location: Manchester or Farnborough but we operate hybrid working arrangements

Salary: Circa £40,000 – £46,000
