Salary: £26,000 per year
Our client based on the outskirts of York has a permanent opportunity for a entry level account manager with full training.
Initially your role will consist of customer service based duties and training and after three months there will be progression to the account manager role.
Your initial duties will include taking inbound customer calls:
Data capture and input
and processing of customer orders
Dealing with customer queries
Chasing order requests and parcel deliveries
Upselling of goods
Adding all notes and information onto the in house system
Once fully trained there will be progression to the account manager role where you will be allocated with 3-4 customer accounts and will be wholly responsible for the servicing and running of those accounts. Once you reach this stage there will be a salary increase to 20,000 per annum.
You will need to have enthusiasm and a positive attitude towards your career progression along with great people skills.
The hours of work are office based hours Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week with 1 in 4 Saturdays. You will need to be flexible to the demands of the business.
