Boasting excellent staff retention, they have a rare opportunity for food lovers to join the ranks under the title of a telephone account manager.

The vacancy for a telephone account manager calls for an exemplary communicator, who is confident in being able to ask the right questions and build rapport with their varying clientele.

You will be: –

• Responsible for your own accounts covering both inbound and outbound calls
• Manage your own territory working closely with the field agent covering this patch
• Working in a fast paced and high energy environment taking orders where accuracy is critical
• Building relationships with clients to maintain and grow the account where you get the chance to demonstrate your flare, passion and knowledge for food
• Joining an established and vibrant team so should be able to integrate in this environment
• Experienced in PC use and able to manage multiple tasks such as typing notes whilst cross selling products to customers
• Working towards targets on KPIs such as attention to detail and margin per order
• Tenacious, bubbly, outgoing and looking for a role to trying harness your communicative capabilities

Please note that due to the location of the role you must have a full UK driver’s license and own transport

The individual will work on a rotational Shift Pattern 37.5 hours – Between the hours of Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5.30pm & working 1 Sunday in 8 from 10.30am until 2pm.
