// The Client / Team Marketing Manager Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a senior role within the Affiliate / Complete Marketing Client Services team and take responsibility for a team of 3-7 employees (Account Managers and Advertising Services Coordinators) as well as leading a significant portion of the UK client portfolio.

You will develop strong relationships with your clients and become a key and trusted partner in the development of their business, co-ordinating resources from both within and from the client side, with the focus on delivering successful marketing strategies to grow their revenues and meet their brand goals. You will also help identify further opportunities for us to work with our clients in new and innovative ways, helping them drive their own business objectives through utilisation of various company products.

Using your on- line marketing and client service experience you will lead your team members on building strategies and execution plans that will drive success in hitting internal and external targets in conjunction with ensuring overall satisfaction and value for each client.

Experience in handling client accounts and a thorough understanding of the online marketing environment is essential.

// Client / Team Marketing Manager Responsibilities

> Build and maintain key client relationships
> Grow client accounts
> Gather and define client business objectives and requirements to create in to strategies and execution plans
> Effective, collaborative team management
> Building out strategies & planning that will grow revenue from existing and new client relationships
> Own revenue forecasting process for portfolio of clients (w/ Analyst and Finance support)
> Provide leadership to direct reports, motivate individuals to high performance

// Client / Team Marketing Manager Required Skills & Experience

> Experience in handling client accounts; proven relationship management skills
> Experience in managing a minimum of 1-2 employees
> Thorough online marketing industry knowledge
> Very strong MS Office
> Excellent ability to identify and manage upsell and commercial opportunities

You may have worked in the following capacities:
Digital Marketing Manager, Affiliate Marketing Executive, Senior Online Marketing Executive, Marketing Account Manager, Omnichannel Marketing Executive, Marketing Manager.
