They have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Business Skills Trainer to join the team. Based in North Sheffield, the role includes hybrid flexible working for the right person.

Key Responsibilities

• Have worked in a service driven industry for 5 or more years
• Have worked in a sales role for 5 or more years 
• Have worked in leadership or HR for 5 or more years 

As part of the above you have assisted in supporting colleagues with training, coaching or mentoring and would like to consider a move to this field. 

Reporting directly to Head of Learning and Development, your role and responsibilities will include: 

• Delivery of training programs in line with company standards in their virtual learning pods via Teams. 
• Design of programs and workshops in a range of subjects including, Leadership and Management, Customer Service, Personal Development, Sales Skills and much more.
• Administration in line with course preparation required.
• Evaluation of training delivered and client feedback. 
• Communicating directly with clients at all levels during every stage of the process to build effective relationships.
• Working as part of a wider team to achieve the overall company goals.

Person Specification

• Excellent communication skills. 
• Dynamic skills as a presenter, trainer & designer. 
• Organised, practical and process driven. 
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Professional attitude with the ability to work on own initiative as well as part of the team. 
• Forward thinking and always looking for ways to improve.
• Positive, can do and winning attitude.

Essential Requirements 

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience is required within either a sales, service, leadership or HR role. 
• It is anticipated 2-3 days delivery per week off site on client’s premises, so willingness to travel and stay overnight is a must.
• CIPD, NLP, Coaching qualifications/experience etc. would be desirable. 
• Own car essential

Salary and Benefits 

• Salary – 23K to 27K per annum
• Bonus – paid monthly and is uncapped
• Profit Share – paid annually and is uncapped
