My client, a leading estate agency based in South East Leeds are now recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to join their growing team on a part-time basis. Job Description
The role of the Sales Negotiator will involve dealing with all enquiries regarding property purchasing and selling.
Duties will include:
• Registering potential property purchasers, ensuring you understand their needs in order to match them to their desired property.
• Providing feedback to vendors and purchasers.
• Sales Negotiating (agreeing a price) between vendor and purchaser.
• Liaising with solicitors / conveyancers.
• Maximising your opportunities and gaining new business
Person Specification
The ideal candidate will have:
• Experience within property sales and/or lettings
• Proven ability of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Problem solving and negotiating skills
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Sound IT skills
