The opportunity

ITP Select is an ambitious recruitment specialist based in Bromley. If you are thinking of becoming an Estate Agent, then you should be aware that the role of Recruitment Consultant has a lot of similarities. The main difference being that Recruitment has a much broader business focus. As well as working with people looking for jobs, you will also be working with major businesses. A number of our clients are the most prestigious companies within their field.

What is required?

The successful applicants will be required to demonstrate the following:

• Sales ability
• Commercial awareness
• Information gathering and problem-solving skills
• Internet navigation and social networking ability
• Strong written and communication skills
• Ideally business-to-business sales experience

Financial Benefits
Remuneration is very important for our staff and there is no other career where a school leaver with no real qualifications or experience can realistically earn a six figure salary.

Our base salary banding starts at £26,000and goes up to £45,000 for different levels as outlined below.

Recruitment Consultant = £20,000 > £25,000
Senior Recruitment Consultant/Team Leader = £25,000 > £35,000
Managing Consultants = £35,000 > £45,000

The base salary is only a small part of a consultant’s earnings. We provide an outstanding industry leading uncapped commission structure. With a minimum of 10% to a maximum of 25% of monthly billings with no desk or hidden costs making a realistic OTE for Recruitment Consultants in the range of £26,000. Senior Consultants and Managers can be considerably higher.

Training

You will be surrounded by experienced consultants that will provide day to day mentoring and be on hand to assist with anything you may require.

Additionally you will receive:
• Formal on-going training and development.
• Weekly/monthly review and feedback meetings.
• Bi-annual performance and career path reviews.
