Salary: £42,000 – £48,000 per year
Our client is a specialist in accountancy software solutions
They are now seeking a customer support specialist with strong accounting and inter-personal skills for a 6 month contract. This will be home-working and later the option of on-site in their London offices.
Skills required
* Sage, Zero, QuickBooks Online knowledge
* Degree preferred
* Must have (or be willing to obtain) a dedicated high speed (DSL, cable, Fiber) internet connection.
* High degree of customer service skills – ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a way that is professional, friendly, and reassuring.
* Proficient with technology; solid knowledge of computer operations and software.
