Customer Relations – Travel

Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per year

We are recruiting for someone with exceptional customer service skills and previous phone based customer service experience to join a busy and unique travel experience company in central Brighton.

Experience or personal interests in travel or sports would be a distinct advantage but the main thing is an ability to provide a fantastic customer experience over the please apply the online reservations system.

The Customer Relations Advisor will:

• Handle guest enquiries in regards to queries and bookings
• Handle general customer and sales related administration
• Handle guest feedback, sending and analysing post-trip surveys
• Be involved in complaint handling and acting upon guest survey results
• Recommend products and trips to potential guests

This is a full time permanent office based role in Brighton, working 37.5 hours a week between the hours of 9am and 6pm to include Saturdays on a rota.

The position offers between £20,000 and £25,000 dependent on skills and experience.
