Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant

You will be a recent graduate ideally with a 2:1 or above, although the subject is not the most important factor. We have made successful recruiters out of Law, Marketing, Business, Economics, History, Engineering, Maths, Psychology and IT graduates. More importantly you will be keen to learn, take on responsibility and have a competitive streak coupled with drive and passion.

If you are looking for a career role that can offer you development and progression then this would be an ideal role for you. Our entire senior management team joined the business as graduates and have progressed to their current status.

We have a developed training system that will see you quickly develop and hone your skills to the level of consultant over the course of your first year and will then advance you to senior consultant status through the following years. From here you can progress to a management level role and even to Associate Director from this point.

The Role of a Recruitment Consultant

Working very closely with people your ability to listen, understand, build rapport and offer suitable solutions will be key. You will be in a role where you are working with business professionals and senior management figures but will also deal with candidates from every walk of life. You will quickly develop a good understanding of your sector and we can help to develop your knowledge base from our 30 years of experience in the market.
