The Graduate Recruitment Consultant Role:
– Thoroughly research the Investment and Investment Management market to identify potential new clients to recruit for and candidates to place
– Build new relationships where possible – this may include cold calling
– Attend client meeting to fully understand their recruitment needs and recruitment brief
– Account management
– Co-ordinate interviews and receive feedback from of the recruitment process to both parties
– Network at every given opportunity
– Hit and where possible exceed recruitment targets set

What We Are Looking For in a Graduate Recruitment Consultant:
– Soon to be graduate on track for a minimum of a 2:1 graduate degree
– Confident and Likable
– You need to be resilient, motivated, and committed
– Ambitious for fast success
– Proven strong work ethic – ideally have worked through university or been part of university societies / sports teams
– Office based or phone experience is ideal
