HR Manager – Interim 6 Month Intially

Interim HR professional required with a inclusive and engaging leadership style to undertake a project to manage and support change throughout the organisation. This is initially a 6 month contract.

THE ROLE:
Provide generalist HR support throughout the organisation
Contribute to the overall HR strategy
Provide an engaging leadership style
Ability to coach and prepare to challenge
Flexible and Innovative approach to situations
Must have experience in Change and HR Projects

THE CANDIDATE:
Proven track record of HR Projects
Advanced employment knowledge
CIPD qualified essential
Demonstrable experience implementing HR policy and strategy
Must have as flexible, innovative and savvy approach
Influencing ability
Be able to gain credibility fast
Understanding organisational change
Union experience
