Salary: £420 – £462 per day
Our client has an exciting opportunity to support the full project implementation of their new HR System/ HRIS (Access API) across their Group. This expanding UK wide services organisation. It is a great time to join as they are going through significant growth.
The role is a long-term contract, managing the implementation project from start to finish. This is a key role acting as the subject matter expert for this HRIS implementation. Other aspects of the role include
* Create a project plan including; module implementation, budgets/ expenditure, roll out plans and mapping
* Identifying key stakeholders and rolling out the communication/project plans.
* Oversee data cleansing / transference of data to the new system
* Designing and delivering the training plan for users throughout the business
* Produce and present update reports
Qualifications and experience
* Strong HRIS implementation project experience (proven experience of running an HRIS implementation project from start to finish)
* Experience of using SAP Cloud Platform Integration
* Access API (ODATA & SOAP) knowledge
* Knowledge of SAP Access standard integrations
* Experience of module implementations/ API configurations (HR and Payroll module)
* Understanding of architecture, functionality, integration API and configurations.
* Proven relationship building / stakeholder management skills
