Customer Service Apprentice

We are looking for three enthusiastic apprentices to become waiters in our restaurant, to join our team on a minimum of 30 hours a week, from a variety of different shifts.

Damas The Art of Meze is a restaurant and Meze bar, bringing modern, freshly prepared Greek and Middle Eastern food to Chorlton. Our food combines the influences of Mediterranean. Our food combines the influences of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisines.

Customer Service in Apprentice in Chorlton, Manchester – Key Responsibilities:

* Serve and present beverages, quickly and efficiently, meeting our standards
* Assist in keeping the bar, front-of-house and toilets clean and tidy, at all times
* Keep up to date with current promotions and new products
* Make customers aware of offers on our great food and drink range
* Speak to customers to ensure that they are satisfied with their meals
* Always adhere to all procedures and licensing laws
* Assist in keeping the kitchen clean, hygienic and tidy, at all times

The Ideal Customer Service Apprentice in Chorlton, Manchester:

* Has a fixed place of residence and live within a reasonable travelling distance of the restaurant
* Flexible and adaptable to support in multiple areas
* Outgoing with the ability to deal with people on all levels
* Friendly and approachable manner with excellent customer service skills
* Reliable member of staff with minimal absence and sickness
* Efficient, energetic and positive attitude to work

Weekly Working Hours in Chorlton, Manchester (minimum 30 hours per week):

* Various shifts including:
* Monday – Friday, 5pm – 11pm
* Saturday, 1pm – 11pm
* Sunday, 1pm – 9pm

Qualifications Required:

* 3 G.C.S.Es (A-C) or equivalent.

Expected Duration:

* 12 Months
