Fabric Technician / Maintenance Joiner

One of the UK’s largest maintenance providers is seeking a Joiner/Maintenance Engineer to join one of their teams in the North East.

This particular role will be working on a large static site north of the Tyne. You will be working with a team of engineers providing commercial building maintenance Monday to Friday.

The successful candidate must be a time served Joiner and have previous commercial buildings maintenance experience. You will be required to carry out all fabric works such as carpentry, repairs or floors, walls doors.

This is initially a contract role.
