Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £36,000 – £48,000 per year

My client is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join a successful agency.

Responsibilities:

Account Management for new and existing clients

Match candidates to relevant vacancies

Generate new business

Follow up on sales calls

Advertise new roles

Source candidates

Check content and quality of CV’s

Communicate with candidates on a weekly basis

Arrange interviews for candidates and send email confirmations

Maintain and build relationships

Database management

General administration

Required:

Self-motivated and determined to succeed

Good team player

Excellent telephone manner

Be able to work in a busy environment
