Salary: £26,400 – £36,000 per year

Recruitment Consultant – Professional Services sector.

Remote Based – with occasional meet up’s in the Oxford area

£26,400 – £36,000 basic salary + 10-20% commission + benefits

My client is open to having someone full-time, 4-days per week, or 30 hours.

This is a small but successful recruitment agency(set up over 10 years ago) run by a very experienced recruitment professional who spent 15+ years working for one of the biggest recruitment agencies in the UK.

She is now looking to add a Recruitment Consultant to the team to help manage the current client base and develop some additional clients. They cover the professional services market so they cover a wide range of roles such as Administrators, Accountancy & Finance roles, Project Managers, Health & Safety Managers, Sales, Sales Support, HR, EA/PAs, and much more(all permanent roles).

Geographically, they recruit around the Thames Valley area/M4 corridor and then as far south as Southampton. You don’t have to have recruited in that location but previous experience recruiting similar roles to the above would be ideal.

You will be based from home on a daily basis with occasional meet up’s in the Oxford area. You’ll be provided with a laptop and phone and will be using Bullhorn as your CRM. To aid you in finding candidates you will also have access to Indeed, CV-Library, and Total Jobs for advertising. You’ll also have Logic Melon to manage those adverts and candidates.

Training & Development:

Initial training will be done with the Director and after that, they use an external trainer to help develop you in all aspects of recruitment.

Salary & Benefits:

£26,400 – £36,000 basic salary

10-20% commission scale. You only need to bill £9500 in a month to start earning 20% 

25 days holiday + birthday off + the days between Christmas and New Year.

Ideal person/experience required:

At least 12-months of recruitment agency experience in a 360 role

Perms Recruiter within a Professional Services sector

Able to bill at least £80k

Customer service focused

Rapport builder, credible, able to advise and ask questions
