What will the role involve?

Our financial Trainer Assessors deliver apprenticeship programmes to learners at one of the county’s biggest retail banks. To succeed in this role you might be an existing Trainer Assessor, or you perhaps a team leader or manager working in retail banking. In either case you will help inspire learners to realise their potential as you support and guide them through their training and assessment. Delivering a professional, high quality service is key, underpinned by the need to meet exacting quality procedures set by the awarding body and the host bank.

What skills are we looking for?

Relevant and recent retail banking experience, at team leader level or above
Ideally experience of providing Financial Services apprenticeship’s
A thorough understanding of work based learning
Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and encourage people
A methodical approach to work, accurate report writing and record keeping skills
Lots of energy, enthusiasm, and the willingness to travel as required.
