My client is looking for an experienced Contract manager to join an already well established company.
My client is one of London’s biggest house developers.
They are a well-structured company with plenty of opportunity for growth within, they are looking to expand on and already growing team. You really will NEED a proven track record as Project Manager

The Role & Opportunity

Due to the market place moving as fast as it is, we are currently looking to recruit an Exceptional Project manager to oversee a £100 million project. The role will be based in East London.
The successful Project Manager will be responsible

*Planning, executing and delivering to the project dead-lines and budget
*Ensuring that the project is running on time and the deliverables are met
*Co-ordinating with the project team, vendors and the design team to ensure the delivery of the project
*Ensuring that all the project documents are accurate, up to date and stored correctly
*Attending and helping secure tenders and bids.

As a Contract Manager you will need to have a proven track record of with previous contract management experience.

The Right individual as a Project Manager you will need to have a proven track record and previous Project Management experience. You will also require the following:

BE ABLE TO SHOW PROJECT YOU HAVE OVERSEEN FROM £30 million PLUS

*Motivational -Self /Team
*Good communication skills
*Attention to detail and practical approach
*Able to comprehend technical construction plans
*Residential house building experience
*Able to work to tight deadlines
*Qualifications: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid all essential and must be in date.
