Senior Estimator – Nottingham
Senior Estimator – a leading Top Tier building contractor is recruiting a Senior Estimator to join the successful pre-construction team in their East Midlands office.
This is a great opportunity for a Senior Estimator to join an established business delivering award-winning education, commercial, health, residential, and mixed use projects.
Key Duties:
– Tendering projects from £10m – £60m
– Cost planning and pricing.
– Appraisal of tender documents
– Using Conquest software

Salary & Package:
– Basic salary of £72,000 – £84,000(DOE)
– Company Car or Allowance (£7,000)
– Company bonus scheme (10%)
