Band 5 Mental Health Practitioner

Service Care Solutions are looking for Band 5 RMNs, Social Workers and OTs with experience in Mental Health for recovery and Intensive teams in the Wiltshire area. The positions are band 5, paying £22.2 per hour (limited Company). The hours of work are typically 9-5, Monday to Friday, and although this is a full time position, job share will also be considered.

You will be working in a Recovery Team or Intensive team with a community caseload of service users with enduring mental health problems, delivering excellent integrated, recovery focused and evidence based health and social care. You will be making home visits, administering medication, attending to social care needs and using your knowledge of CPA.
You MUST be a registered Mental Health Nurse, OT, Social worker or be sufficiently qualified to work at a Band 5 level in these teams. Experience within a Recovery team is also beneficial but not essential, as is RiO training and access to a Car.
