Retail Performance Manager

Salary: £27,600 – £33,600 per year

We have an extremely exciting opportunity for a seasoned Retail/Account Management Professional to join a leading Shopping Centre Owner as Retail Performance Manager.

This new, key position will be the guardian of account management with all retail brands across the UK & Ireland. Reporting to the Operations Director you will work to develop the Shopping Centre Portfolio’s approach on engagement across Retail Brands within the UK & Ireland.

Key deliverables include: –

* Conducting a full overview of communication, engagement & processes across the portfolio

* Creation of an overall Matrix – data management, reporting & Strategy

* Recording & development of best practices/communication

* Creation of a strategic framework for engaging with brands

* Support the Portfolio Shopping Centre General Managers & Retail Liaison Managers to drive effective communication across all retailers

* Development of capture & reporting qualitative feedback across brands, contractors & site teams

* Development to drive opportunities to improve retail sales including high retail standards, tactical promotions, products & services

* Development of a corresponding recognition system

* Own/communicate the Tenant Handbook to include the businesses strategic direction

* Monitor & report on Brand satisfaction

* Collation & reporting on key & timely data to share to support leasing teams

Candidates need to hold proven retail, business development & account management understanding/experience, along with the ability to work on the translation & creation of key strategies. You will also have experience of the capture of vital, key & varied data to record, communicate – matrix management/reporting.

This role is based from the Reading office but flexible & also includes travel to London & flagships.
