Stock Administrator / FLT Driver

This is a great opportunity for a FLT driver with both reach and counterbalance and stock experience to join this large market leader. A permanent position is offered on full time hours reporting into the Stock Supervisor.

Based at Tibshelf and due to the relocation of the department from Wales the role includes some of the following tasks:

1. Follow appropriate systems and processes in order to ensure an accurate record of all Goods In activity is maintained. Assist in management of Stock for Engineering.

Operational Responsibility

1. Process of stock to the relevant van location to enable clear trail of stock movement.
2. Raise transfers to ensure the agreed level of stock is sent.
3. Monitor physical stock levels to ensure stock demand is met and any discrepancies are investigated.
4. Accept Stock orders from Service personnel.
5. Assist warehouse team with all stock related activity.
6. Assist with resolution of stock related queries.
7. Collate all quality of product issues and feedback to relevant purchaser.
8. Any reasonable request placed by your direct line manager, Senior Managers or Directors.

Core Skills
1. IT literate? Excel (Intermediate level), working knowledge of WMS.
2. FLT? Counterbalance/Reach.
3. Communication? all media.
