If you’re ambitious, self-motivated and enthusiastic, you could fit the bill as an Oil and Gas Recruitment Sales Consultant.

THE ROLE will fundamentally consist of building up client portfolios in the Oil and Gas space through cold and warm calling and networking. You will also oversee the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates, advertising, managing the interview process and acting as a mediator in negotiating a sale – the placement of your candidate!

In return, WE CAN OFFER a competitive base salary as well as an attractive commission scheme providing the opportunity to earn an average of £26,000 – £27,600in year one, around £50-60k in year two and £80-100k+ in year 3! Further incentives range from monthly lunch clubs to top restaurants, quarterly holidays to destinations such as Budapest, Marbella, and Barcelona, as well as save as you earn schemes, healthcare and much more! Naturally, you can expect industry-leading and recognized training throughout your entire career, even through to senior management.
