BCM / Business Continuity Analyst is required for this major financial. You will be an excellent communicator, confident and able to develop constructive relationships with the business. You will not be from an IT BCM background more business risk background, perhaps Operational Risk. You will be a logical thinker and able to perform business risk assessments.

You will support the Banks Head of BCM in designing and embedding the Business Continuity and Crisis Management framework across the bank. You will be part of a team responsible for all aspects of the end-to-end planning of people, processes and 3rd party suppliers, as well as looking after the testing of the plans.

The role will include:

Interpretation:

To interpret policy and standards from Group BCM / external stakeholders into a fit for purpose BCM and Crisis Management framework.

Planning:

To work with all areas of the bank to ensure that BCM and Crisis Management plans meet those governance requirements identified through interpretation, the requirements of the business and align with the bank strategic plans and vision.

Embedment:

To ensure the plans are embedded correctly into regular operations and are considered ‘audit ready’.

To be successful in this role, you will have extensive experience in managing incident and crisis responses, including post-incident reviews and root cause analysis.
