IT TRAINER/DESKTOP SUPPORT – Legal Sector

UP TO £40,000
This leading law firm based in London requires an IT Trainer/Desktop Support Specialist to train and provide technical support to all their staff (legal and support) from the initial induction training educating them about the systems to on-going training on a variety of packages e.g. Microsoft Office, Thomson Reuter Envision (previously Pilgrim Lawsoft), Oyez forms. The IT Trainer/Desktop Support specialist will also be responsible for ensuring that detailed system configuration documentation and document system changes are completed. Please note that this is NOT a network support role.
To be successful in this IT technical support and training position within this successful firm of solicitors you must:
• Have experience of working with and training and supporting legal content, practice and document management systems ideally gained within professional services sector e.g. solicitors, accountants, surveyors, auditors
• Windows 7 and Microsoft Office 2007
• Workflow experience would be useful
• Excellent communication skills and ability to assist and train a range of employees from office juniors to Partners
• Calm and professional manner
