Regional Account Manager Recruitment

We are currently recruiting for a Regional Key Account Manager / Senior Contracts Manager to cover the South.

This a fantastic job opportunity working for a reputable, expanding and ambitious recruitment business within the industrial recruitment sector.

The role will be managing 1 major account within the logistics industry, approx. 20 sites which are Southern based.

Base salary circa £31,200 – £36,000+ 2% commission + company car.

The Regional Key Account Manager / Senior Contracts Manager will take full responsibility for managing the recruitment and service levels for this major client. Client relationship management, workforce management and fulfilment and all associated reporting.

We are seeking candidates with previous volume key account management skills within the recruitment industry, either transport or industrial temporary recruitment experience.

Must have strong man management and fantastic account management skills.

Duties to include:

* Overseeing 1 large key client accounts and associated teams
* Ensuring all shifts are fulfilled across the sites and that the right candidate are selected first time
* Responsible for everything from the advertising of positions, selection and placement within agreed timescales whilst adhering to strict CAA guide lines with regards to compliance (full head office support on compliance)
* Delivering fantastic customer service to client accounts
* Building strong working relationships with client’s management team
* Conducting review meetings with key stakeholders
* Dealing with any issues and resolving as quickly as possible
* Undertaking reports, monitoring KPIs and site /account/worker performance
* Reacting to client requests quickly and effectively
* Ensuring profitability of the account by ensuring fulfilment of temp requests

Candidate requirements:

* Proven track record within account management of high volume Industrial blue collar recruitment
* Must have commercial experience in dealing with client negotiations based around temp – temp transfers and TUPE.
* Previous on-site Contracts Manager/Account Manager/Regional Account Manager experience
* Staff management experience
* Excellent organisational skills, competent and confident communicator
* Experienced in multi-tasking, delegating and monitoring performance and KPIs
