Group Security Director

As Group Security Director, you will act as the principal security advisor to the CEO and devise and deliver the corporate security agenda through the formulation of innovative security solutions that recognise evolving business priorities. You will ensure the application of security standards is consistent throughout the organisation, whilst acknowledging the importance of maintaining customer and national security confidence in their security integrity. Manage the activities of the UK security and HSE teams to support business activities and ensure continued compliance with national and international regulations and legislation.

* Ideally ex-forces with extensive experience in commercial security at an international level
* Ability to manage Multi disciplines team
* Detailed knowledge of security issues within a trans-national company, including Information Security
* Broad understanding of Information Security and Health, Safety and Environment matters
* Understanding of business processes and emerging priorities
* Established external Security networks including government-level networks
* Ability to contribute at senior level to develop international policies
* Management of three direct reports
* Leadership and development of a multi-disciplined team
* Responsible for a budget of approx. £2 million
* Experience of either Nuclear or List X sites an advantage
