Deputy Manager

Salary: £30,000 – £32,400 per year

KiddyKare is looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to support the running of a nursery based in Maidenhead. This is a beautiful setting with both indoor and outdoor areas, alongside its own private parking.

What we need from you:

• Previous experience as a Deputy Manager or Third in Charge
• Hold an Early Years qualification Level 3 or above
• Solid knowledge of the EYFS

Your Duties

• Supporting the manager in the daily running of the nursery
• Keeping yourself and your team up to date on current early childhood thinking/trends, responding to any developments in a proactive way
• Role modelling to the team
• Promoting positive relationships with parents, children, and colleagues
• Understand and ensure that the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS are met
• Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments, and resources to children, that are appropriate to their age and stage of development
