Demand Planner / Supply Chain Analyst

Salary: £42,000 – £48,000 per year

The Company: A highly successful and growing, highly regulated MedTech manufacturing business is currently recruiting a Demand Planner/Supply Chain Analyst to join their team.

The Role: The role is an exciting new position created to undertake analysis and make improvements to the MRP systems and processes and overall demand planning for the business. The Demand Planner will be responsible for purchasing and expediting of raw material, general maintenance of Supply Chain processes and systems support for key planning tasks.

• MRP work – Ensure all stock lines are strategically ordered on time to meet production build plan requirements
• Effectively estimate stock demands through analysis of production plans
• Proactively seek opportunities to reduce working capital whilst ensuring stock levels allow for production to deliver OTIF
• Review Supplier OTIF performance and reporting
• Expedite procurement of raw materials
• Working with the buyers to manage sourcing

The Candidate:

• Use of ERP / MRP manufacturing systems is essential
• Supply Chain Analysis experience is ideal
• Experience of warehouse and inventory control ideally
• Strong data analytical skills
