Description

This is an exciting new role working within an award winning, fast growing software business with an amazing culture. You’ll be our first line, looking after administrative queries and leading a great customer experience to create what we refer to as raving fans.

As part of the Customer Support Team you’ll work with best in class product and tech experts to resolve all queries quickly. We’ll ensure you get the know-how to engage confidently in all areas of our product and have opportunities to progress your career.

We’re looking for an outgoing, customer obsessed team member who can create rapport with customers, partners and internal stakeholders to help support any issues reported via our main contact channels of Email, Video Call, LiveChat and WhatsApp.

You might be straight out of university, or you might already have some experience in a customer facing role, and you will be able to think quickly to help solve challenges. You’ll also take responsibility for general administrative tasks with customer accounts so you will need to be able to work quickly, with a high degree of accuracy.

We’re looking for someone who is able to maintain a level of direct engagement with teams from around the business to provide feedback and identify pain-points. It’s important you’re confidently able to work under pressure and work as part of a team.

Knowledge is important, so maintaining our knowledge base and sharing learnings with your team and wider business is paramount.

• Confident speaking with customers on live chat, phone and video calls
• Lover of technology and software
• A logical approach to problem solving
• Strong ability to be proactive to enable our customers to achieve the most from their contract
• A drive to learn and seek out knowledge using own initiative
• Comfortable working independently or part of a fully engaged team
• Provide regular and on-time feedback to line manager and business
• Remote working with flexible working hours
• Great level of English speaking and writing capability
• Ability to communicate comfortably with internal stakeholders and customers at all levels
