Credit Controller

Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Credit Controller to join our client based in Bracknell.

The successful Credit Controller will be responsible for:

• Achieving overdue recovery targets
• Managing timely collection activities – Telephone, Letter & Email
• Managing stopped accounts up to litigation
• Account query management
• Reconciliation and resolution of complex accounts
• Communication and strong relationships with the sales force and leasing/credit partners
• Maintaining constant up-to-date CRM information

The Credit Controller will have:

• Written and verbal communication techniques and presentation skills
• Negotiation techniques
• Knowledge of CRM management
• Knowledge and management of financial solutions
• Financial and economic skills and expertise
• Credit collection techniques
• Long-term customer relationship management skills
• Knowledge of ERP systems and database functionality
