Asset Manager (Renewable Energy)

Asset Manager- Renewable Energy London £70,000 – £80,000

MiddletonMurray are currently recruiting for an Asset Manager who has worked within the renewable energy sector. This is a 1 year contract which could lead to a permanent position. The successful candidate must have strong working knowledge of Operating Asset Management (to include portfolio management, Private Equity, Infrastructure Fund/Investment Fund- controlling, verifying actual performance of assets vs estimates, explaining and providing remedies), IFRS/UK and GAAP, project finance, financial models, interest rate swaps and global economy. You will be working for a worldwide organisation and may need to travel to Europe on occasions.
