Salary: £26,000 per year
Hours: 9-5.30pm Monday to Friday (with one Saturday every four weeks with a day off in the week)
Location: Beautiful, ultra-modern offices in York city centre
Who is this suitable for? – Bright, enthusiastic individuals with some sort of customer service experience – Training provided and ongoing
The purpose of the position is to deliver first rate customer service to all customers post sale. Working within a diverse, fun and hardworking team, no two days are the same!
- Issuing booking confirmations to the customer
- Building relationships with customer’s, delivering world class service.
- Responding to email enquiries, ensuring customers have all the information they require
- General administration
- Contacting customer to follow-up and resolve over-due payments of balances or deposits.
- Liaising with the variations team within the business.
- Preparing & dispatching customer documentation
The perfect Customer Service Advisor for this role will have a really pleasant and empathetic manner with good listening & communication skills. You will have some form of customer service experience but if you haven’t worked in an office environment before that’s not a problem, as long as you are IT Literate and can pick things up quickly.
