Quality Manager / Leader
£36,000 – £40,800 (+ Pension + £120 per month cafeteria benefit)
Swindon
The Quality Manager / Leader will take responsibility for the following:
– Internal and customer quality issues.
– Analysing problems and implementing strategic solutions.
– Reporting and presenting to all levels, internally and externally.
– Improving systems.
– Leading the weld or assembly section.
– Managing a team of 3-4 Quality coordinators, providing coaching, and getting involved with any disciplinary actions.
In order to be successful within the role of Quality Manager / Leader, the candidate will need the following expertise:
– Previous experience within a weld or assembly manufacturing environment.
– Previous Quality experience, working within a Manager or Supervisory role.
– A sound working knowledge of 8D, 5Why, FMEA, PPAP, and SPC.
– A working knowledge of ISO9001 standard (and TS16949 would be desirable).
