Boasting over 20 years’ experience of supplying and fitting high quality flooring on commercial and residential schemes, this specialist sub-contractor is looking for an Operations Director / Operations Manager to effectively head up their project team.
With experience of delivering a variety of flooring to a range of clients, outstanding main contractors and residential developers, the Operations Director will work closely with the team to provide the most appropriate flooring solutions – be it for commercial office space, schools, hospitals, care homes or residential schemes.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background of working in the flooring sector, with a firm understanding of all aspects of project delivery including pre-construction, commercials and production. The role may suit somebody working in a senior capacity within a recognised flooring contractor or perhaps an owner of a smaller flooring contractor.
In either case, the postholder will need to be an energetic, hard working and ambitious individual who lives and breathes the world of flooring.
