Salary: £26,000 – £26,400 per year

Our engineering client is currently seeking a customer service engineer to carry out phone based customer service and sales work.
The ideal person will have a sales and / or customer service backgound and must have a strong/friendly telephone manor.
The job will involve a range of duties such as processing orders, assisting with on-site queries, dealing with customer problems and reviewing qoutes.
You must have good communication skills and may on ocassions be requried to visit site.
An engineering interest is desirable due to the nature of our clients work.
Strong PC and organisational skills are essential.
Hours: 08:00am – 16:30pm (Monday – Friday)
Salary: £26,000 – £26,400per year(basic salary)
There is also a commission package available, so circa 30k is very achievable.
