Recruitment Specialist

Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per year

We are currently looking for a Recruitment Specialist for our client based on the edge of Derby. This a fantastic opportunity to help our client achieve its expansion plans to fill the upcoming positions.

Responsibilities will include:

·Understanding recruitment needs for the business over the next 12 months, planning accordingly to ensure vacancies are available at the appropriate time.

·Requirement gathering to understand what an ‘ideal candidate’ would be per role.

·Creating exciting and attractive job descriptions to entice top talent to our business.

·Create talent pool, sourcing candidates organically

·Screening of CVs and conducting initial telephone interviews.

·Working with management team on interview styles and getting the most out of potential candidates.

·Scheduling of interviews and provide feedback to candidates thereafter.

·Use of social media platforms to promote vacancies and business as a whole

·Developing our brand through use of social media and attendance of recruitment fairs/events to attract top talent.

·Active management of our brand across recruitment sites to achieve outstanding company reviews.

·Work in alignment with HR Manager to ensure smooth journey through hiring process.
