Paraplanner

Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 per year

Our Client, a highly respected Chartered firm of Financial Advertisers are now delighted to be able to add to their team with the addition of a Paraplanner to their office in the Reading area.

Working as part of a face paced, busy and very friendly team you will be responsible for;

Provide technical and research support to the Financial Planners.
Prepare full suitability reports
Closely liaise with clients as and when required
Prepare summary of recommendations for administrators to prepare the client pack
Product Research
Prepare research on existing investment and pension funds using appropriate research tools Compare with appropriate funds/portfolio for the clients attitude to risk
Prepare replacement contracts report for Financial Planner to review prior to suitability

The successful candidate will have an existing background within a Paraplanner or Trainee paraplanner position and understand the procedure and regulations.

This is a progressive role and the ideal candidate needs to be computer literate with the ability to use all standard Microsoft products Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook to a good standard. You should be highly organised, able to work on your own initiative as well as follow instructions.
