Customer Relationship Advisor, Evesham, Part-time

We are seeking a candidate to join our client’s town centre bank to provide service as a relationship advisor. The main aim of this role is to deal with a full range of customer contacts, assisting with enquiries and requests in an effective manner, in line with regulations and standards, whilst providing a first class customer service experience.
A sound knowledge of financial products will allow you to excel in this role; negotiating and providing sales to new and existing customers. Duties may involve; offering financial products such as loans or other credit facilities to new or existing customers, opening accounts for personal or business use, and offering insurance product add-ons to clients and customers.

Candidates must have experience in face to face customer service, ideally giving detailed advice, previous experience in a financial services background would also be beneficial.

This role is part time, and is likely to be permanent after an initial period of 3 months.

Candidates must be able to pass a stringent credit check; this is essential as the role is working within a bank.
