Accounts Receivable Assistant

Salary: £15 – £17.4 per hour

Overview

 An international client are looking for some interim support to work in the finance team to cover where you will provide assistant across the Accounts Receivable function and process. 

Accounts Receivable Assistant – About The Role

You will carry out a variety of tasks associated with both the Sales Ledger and Accounts Receivable functions. You will be communicating directly with the consumer and internal stakeholders.

A large part of this position will be managing the high volume of enquiries that comes through appertaining to invoices and / or statements. You will also be involved with analysing the unallocated cash in the debtor accounts ensuring resolutions on any queries. You will be responsible for distribution of monthly statements, whilst updating the consumer of any fee structure updates.

You will be working with a team of 3 other AR Assistants and therefore full support will be provided to ensure a smooth transition to this position. Whilst the role is initially outlined to be for a period of three months, there is potential for this position to be extended.

The successful Accounts Receivable Assistant will have

• Experience of working within either Accounts Receivables or Sales Ledger
• Intermediate / advanced knowledge of Excel
