Business Manager

Salary: £48,000 – £56,400 per year

Dedicate Recruitment is working in partnership with this visionary secondary Academy in the appointment of a dynamic & creative Business Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to play a central leadership role in helping to shape the vision and direction of this Secondary Academy and support the central Trust team in North London.

A role pivotal to the organisation, the successful candidate will take shared responsibility for the school systems and processes as a partner to the Principal and senior leadership team.

The Business Manager will provide overall management regarding all aspects of health & safety, finance, HR, facilities, catering, data protection, risk management, and communications within the school, leading a team of three staff. 

The successful candidate will have previous experience of working within a school at an operational level, will possess excellent HR knowledge, understands budgets and is a natural leader. You will be forward-thinking and able to demonstrate high standards of professionalism and business acumen, together displaying excellent leadership qualities. You will be adept working within a fast-paced environment and can respond quickly to change, bringing solutions.

Benefits: 30 days annual leave and LGPS. This is an on-site, all-year through role.
