Part Time Accounts Payable Supervisor

Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 per year

This growing market leading international organisation are looking for a part time Accounts Payable Supervisor to join their team. You will be working up to 30 hours a week across 4/5 days and this role will be offered on a hybrid working scheme. Part time Accounts Payable Supervisor – About The Role

In this role you will be reporting into the Financial Controller and will be working within a finance team of 8. You will be responsible for overseeing the Accounts Payable department and supervising a small team of 2. This role requires good flexibility and someone who enjoys working in a busy finance department and can handle managing a small team. Your key responsibilities will be:

• Supervise 2 part time accounts payable team members.
• Support the smooth running of the accounts payable system.
• Responsible for ensuring the AP invoices and personnel expenses are paid on time.
• Purchase ledger processing using an Accounts Payable and PO system.
• Supplier statement reconciliation.
• Review and approve staff expense claims and company credit cards through expenses system.
• Any other Ad Hoc duties such as assisting with audit requests at year end.

The successful Part time Accounts Payable Supervisor will have

• Previous experience in a similar position
• Previous experience in managing staff
• Experience with Sage would be desirable
• Strong IT skills
