Recruiter Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £27,600 – £45,600 per year

This client that I’m recruiting for, is not your typical recruitment agency, and has a great job opportunity for a current or former recruiter. It could work being 100% office based or be part or full wfh.

This is specialist recruiting, recruiting into an interesting niche dealing for purely perm roles. It’s an agency that likes to think and act a little differently to other recruitment agencies (I know many agencies say that but in this case it’s true!) They have combined some properly clever tech and a team of professional/skilled marketeers to work alongside the recruiters.

The marketing team are there to support the recruiters with really contemporary marketing material – designed to find the right connections and get the right style of communication in front of their targeted potential candidates. It works brilliantly and means that in such a candidate driven market, the recruiters here are supported in building and creating pipelines of the industry experts and potential candidates for their clients.

There is also a refreshing lack of KPI’s, if direction is needed – it’s there, but in general if you know what to do in order to recruit, you’re given the freedom to do so.

what I’m really looking for is a recruiter, that feels things in this industry could be/should be done better. Where you can work with a good bunch of people, where out of control egos are not accepted as the norm! Where you can enjoy your work, recruiting into a friendly, professional sector.

In return, the base salary is between 23 – 38K depending on experience. There is also an excellent commission scheme that I can run through with you.
