Role: Recruitment Consultant – Education Sector

Location: London

Salary: Basic salary c£26,400with a realistic individual OTE c£65,000

My client is a well known specialist education recruitment consultancy with ambitious expansion plans for 2014. As a result they are currently seeking an experienced Education Recruiter to join the friendly team at their beautiful London offices.

The successful candidate must have previous recruitment experience within the education sector – ideally within primary schools. You will be motivated and driven with a proven track record of providing high levels of service to existing clients and building new business.

My client is offering a basic salary c£26,400with a very realistic OTE c£65k, they are well known for looking after their Consultants and offer individual commission structure, reduced hours in the school holidays and a working day of 7am-4pm.
