Permanent Role
Salary up to £51,600+ car + package.
The client has an excellent reputation and is a regional contract based in the West Midlands, with a turnover circa £50m.This main contractor client works across several sectors with projects covering, Care Homes, Education, Industrial, Commercial along with new build residential projects. Project values vary from £4- £11m.
They are ideally looking for someone that is conversant with and has worked within a similar aftercare / customer care role previously, either with a main contractor or developer. This role is client facing, dealing with a number of tenants and clients with snagging, 12-month defects or aftercare issues as they arise. You will be expected to organise a handful of internal staff members to correct any minor works or liaise with various sub-contractors to rectify defect work. For this role you need to be an organised individual and have good interpersonal and I.T skills.
Our client is experiencing considerable growth due to a number of successful tenders won and they are looking to recruit ASAP for this role.
In return they will pay a salary up to £51,600 + car allowance + package
